818 Consulting is looking for a Legal Consultant for Cube Invest.
Responsibilities:
- Documents collection and preparation for trading lines establishment
- Maintenance of agreements with customers/counterparties
- Negotiations with customers/counterparties on agreements/deals
- Consulting on legal issues
- Ad hoc legal tasks with customers and counterparties
Required Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of legal practice in investment, banking and finances
- Good understanding of Armenian legislation
- Good skills in communication
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Armenian
