Best Western Plus Congress Hotel is looking for a Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
  • Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Plan Pro-active sales strategy and action plan and implement it.
  • Organize back office operational part of booked business.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with current and new partners.
  • Work cross functionally with different departments.
  • Organize relevant approvals, documentations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Professional attitude
  • Knowledge of Armenian, English, Russian.
  • Enjoy talking on the phone and/or interacting with guests/partners in person
  • Bold persuasion skills
  • Computer skills
  • Stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred
