Picsart is looking for a Senior Web Software Engineer to join the Generative AI team. By joining us, you’ll take part on the mission to empower everyone to create by contributing in creating and advancing many areas such as Generative AI Tools, Image & Video Generation, Background and Logo! We are dedicated to helping people express their creativity through our products. We are looking for a talented Engineer to help us build and scale our web experiences. As a Senior Web Software Engineer, you’ll engage with technologies like JavaScript, React.js, JSS, JSX, Canvas, Lighthouse, PageSpeed, Chrome Performance, Redux, Zoostand, Restful web services, Vite.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop functional, performant, and scalable web applications with React, Typescript
  • Perform performance testing and optimizations
  • Build reusable React components
  • Develop new user-facing features
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Analyze the product design complexity, plan workload, communicate risks
  • Train and mentor junior, and middle team members.
Required Qualifications:
  • BS/MA degree in a highly quantitative field or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience as a JavaScript Engineer
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and related technologies
  • Experience with ReactJS is a must
  • Experience with JSS, SASS, PostCSS, JSX
  • Experience with Responsive/Adaptive Web Design and Single Page Applications
  • Experience with PageSpeed, Lighthouse, Chrome Performance tools
  • Experience with JS and CSS performance optimizations is a big plus
  • Experience with Redux/Zoostand is a must
  • Experience with RESTful web services is a must
  • Experience with build tools, such as Webpack is a plus
  • Self–motivated, work well independently or as part of a team
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
