Golden SB Tech Group is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Farsi speaking).

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance in a professional and timely manner,
primarily in Farsi
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and feedback to propose improvements to products, services, and processes
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions, adhering to company guidelines and standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written Farsi and English is essential
  • Proven experience in a customer support or similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, with a genuine desire to help and resolve their issues
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
