“Kamurj” UCO CJSC announces a competition to fill the vacant position of a Chief Specialist in Human Resources Management department of the Company. The purpose of the work is to organize, support and participate in the development, coordination and implementation of the process of personnel recruitment, training and assessment.

Methodology:
- Participates in regulation making process necessary for personnel motivation, promotion and assessment.
Recruitment:
- Participate in the personnel recruitment process;
- Organize personnel recruitment holding activities;
- Participate in the process of determining the most effective methods of searching for potential candidates: for each recruiting case separately.
- Conduct testing with internal and external candidates who meet the requirements and present the results to the immediate supervisor.
- Notify the candidates about the interview results and the main terms of employment in accordance with the internal rules and procedures.
Training:
- Analyze the training needs of the Company's personnel;
- Collect information on external training centers and educational programs;
- Coordinate the cooperation with educational centers in terms of training organization, qualification improvement and work career development;
- Provide advice to the Company's Supervisors of different divisions, as well as when drawing up employees’ development projects;
- Develop training programs and/or select among the training programs offered by the training centers the necessary program for the Company's personnel;
- Summarize and analyze the results of professional training of personnel;
- Monitor the regularity and quality of educational programs, deadlines and filling the documents in the prescribed manner.
Assessment:
- Prepare the necessary materials and test questionnaires for conducting personnel evaluation and certification;
- Ensure correct completion of various record sheets/questionnaires/tests by staff for conducting staff assessment and certification;
- Perform data processing of completed sheets /questionnaires/ and tests;
- Provide initial data for staff assessment and certification;
- Implement the formulation of the results of the complex assessment;
- Coordinate and report on performance/ efficiency of personnel individual programs /Key Performance Indicator/.
Motivation:
- In order to motivate employees, their professional growth and promotion, participate in the processes of choosing a methodology on studying the psychological atmosphere of the staff;
- Participate in the processes of developing motivational schemes.
Development:
- Provide advice to the Heads and employees of the Company's departments about training, as well as the preparation of personal development programs.
Document Circulation:
- Prepare documents and materials necessary for the work of the Immediate Supervisor, provide them to the relevant employees for signing;
- Manage the newsletters for the calculation of working hours of the Employees;
- Ensure data entry into the program and provision of pass /ID cards to the Employees;
- Monitor the timely submission of documents by the Company's departments and Employees specifically, as well as, checks the accuracy the received documents, ensures their quality editing;
- Prepare writings, service, demand letters, and other document drafts by Immediate Supervisor’s assignment;
- Implement the process of medical insurance of Employees;
- Perform the scanning and copying of the documents;
- Monitor the provision of deadlines concerning the documents;
- Ensure the maintenance of the registers of the department;
- Ensure data entry into the program.
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education/ preferably psychological or legal or HR/;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of HR;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English is desirable;
- An experienced user of MS Office, AS-Wages, Internet. Proven with software products and databases;
- Communication skills;
- Responsibility, promptness, punctuality;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Fundamentals of market economics, entrepreneurship and business management in the banking sector;
- Fundamentals of personnel administration;
- Modern concepts of HR management;
- Fundamentals of staff training and evaluation;
- Basics of organizing clerical jobs;
- Conducting business communication.
