Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC is looking for a Call Center Officer.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support over the phone
  • Identify the needs of current and potential clients and advise them accordingly
  • Introduce client to the relevant services of the bank clearly and in detail
  • Promote the sales of Bank services and product
  • Have a good knowledge of terms of each product
  • Have a good knowledge of all banking operations
  • Regulate customer account queries
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical or Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
  • Relevant experience is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to identify, anticipate and respond effectively to customer requirements
  • Ability to understand banking operations, related policies and procedures
  • Ability to understand and present each type of product terms
  • Knowledge of AS-Bank
