Sportion AM is looking for a Sportsbook Operations Executive.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the live streaming team with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing personalized and efficient support
  • Address VIP inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records of VIP interactions and feedback
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize sportsbook operations
  • Assist in maintaining and updating operational procedures
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational planning and strategy
  • Provide support in managing and resolving operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of sportsbook operations
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Experience or strong familiarity with the iGaming industry is highly preferred, including knowledge of wagering and gaming products
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, especially in handling VIP or high-profile clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot live streaming issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good use of English language
  • Okay with 24/7 shifting schedules including night shifts
  • Okay with working on holidays, weekends, etc
