Yeremyan Projects is looking for a Head of Public Relations.

Responsibilities:
Communications
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that supports organizational goals and objectives
  • Lead the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media and newsletters
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
  • Align communications initiatives with the organization’s mission, vision, values and brand’s voice
  • Develop crisis communication plans and manage communications during crises
Media Relations
  • Work with media outlets, prepare and distribute media releases, media kits, briefing documents, etc.
  • Prepare and supervise the production of publicity materials, brochures, handouts, leaflets, promotional videos, etc.
  • Plan and execute press events, conferences, and promotional activities
  • Serve as a Company’s spokesperson
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful events
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
  • Serve as a point of contact for attendees, addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Collate and analyze necessary data to measure the success of campaigns/events, media coverage in achieving defined objectives
CSR
  • Design and implement a CSR strategy that aligns with the organization’s values and business objectives
  • Facilitate partnerships that enhance CSR initiatives and amplify impact
  • Prepare regular reports on CSR activities and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate CSR goals, initiatives, and achievements through various channels, including social media, newsletters and press releases
  • Engagement with internal/external partners
  • Engage with internal and external partners including employees, customers, community partners, industry leaders and opinion makers
  • Foster relationships that enhance the organization’s reputation and influence through regular interaction and responsiveness
  • Regularly update internal/external partners on organizational developments, initiatives, and outcomes
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partners’ engagement efforts and regularly assess outcomes.
  • Knowledge management/Learning
  • Identify and collect valuable knowledge from various sources within the organization, including documents, processes and employee expertise
  • Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository or database that is easily accessible to employees.
  • Classify and categorize knowledge assets to facilitate easy retrieval and use by ensuring that the KM systems are user-friendly
  • Promote the benefits of a knowledge-driven culture and involve team members in the development and implementation of KM strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6+ years’ work experience in the area of Communications, PR and Marketing or previous experience that shows the use of skills necessary to execute this position successfully
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR strategies and action plans
  • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with media representatives
  • Deep knowledge of the dynamics of Armenian traditional and nontraditional media, personalities and agendas, important political and social bloggers, trend setters, influencers, etc.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Experience in reputation management of institution and/or a given high profile personality
  • Strong networking abilities to build relationships within the industry
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in Armenian/Russian and English
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling and planning skills
  • Experience in hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenging situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
