Responsibilities:
- Organizing import and export of shipments
- Identifying the best routes and rates available and communicating back to customers
- Customer Credit checking
- Issuing transport documents in our and carrier & apos’ systems
- Maintaining and managing current KPIs through monthly reporting procedures
- Rate and service negotiations with service providers to endure the best routing/operation options
- Maintain continuous communication with the pricing team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations in case of any changes
- Engage closely with customers to understand their needs and enhance their satisfaction through support before, during, and after operations
- Manage Accounts Receivable invoicing for customers
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English language skills - oral & and written
- Proficiency in the Greek language is a big plus
- Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic
- Ability to quickly process information and make decisions with meticulous attention todetails
- A team player with a high sense of responsibility
