ServiceTitan is looking for a Office Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
  • By conducting regular office check-ups effectively support/manage the office space to ensure cleanliness, security, organization, and seat management
  • Efficiently and responsibly manage all inventory needs for the office: requirements, tracking, purchasing, stocking, and ordering, all while promoting a friendly and inclusive environment
  • Responsibly manage the stationery orders, medicine, and employee nourishment: lunch, drinks, snacks
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Provide coverage at the front desk as needed by scheduling, tracking, greeting, and directing visitors and guests
  • Support meetings and travel for visitors and employees
  • Help plan/execute Company events, and communicate with vendors: holiday parties, birthdays, anniversaries etc.
  • Provide on-ground support to the new joiners by coordinating the onboarding process
  • Be flexible for working late shifts (up until 10 pm)
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as an office/workplace coordinator
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead a project from A to Z with some guidance
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Dedicated to providing best-in-class service for Team members
  • Strong written, verbal, organization & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Fluency in Armenian and English
  • Excellent knowledge of GoogleDocs & Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Higher education is a plus
