SoftConstruct is looking for a Project Manager / Creedroomz.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and oversee the process of opening new offices from start to launch
  • Develop and implement structured project management processes, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics
  • Ensure all operations align with company standards and local regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in structured project management (minimum 2 years)
  • Successful track record of managing office setup, relocation, or expansion projects
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – additional languages will be an asset
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines
  • Willingness to travel to different locations as required
