Boyden Armenia is looking for a Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize events
- Maintain internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, managing the flow of information
- Handle correspondence and communication, prioritizing tasks effectivel
- Coordinate logistics for business trips and events
- Prepare expense reports and assist with financial documentation
- Maintain internal and external communication, liaising with partners
- Gather and analyze information to support executive decision-making
- Protect confidential information and uphold professional ethics
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial-banking or telecom sector will be considered an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Armenian; excellent command of all three languages
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
