Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a KPI Management senior specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust KPI frameworks aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical success factors and translate them into measurable KPIs
  • Define KPI methodologies, data sources, and calculation standards to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Establish data collection and validation processes to guarantee KPI integrity
  • Continuously review and refine KPIs to adapt to evolving business needs
  • Create clear documentation and guidelines for KPI definitions and reporting
  • Support leadership by providing insights related to KPI trends and implications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or in a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in KPI development or business analytics
  • Strong expertise in defining, standardizing, and managing KPIs across complex organizations
  • Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI
  • Detail-orientation with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
