Job responsibilities

Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?

serve and engage customers by presenting the terms, tariffs, and benefits of the bank’s offered services;
open current accounts for resident and non-resident individuals and legal entities, and service unallocated metal accounts;
handle customer cash transactions (including foreign currency), verify incoming/outgoing documents, and prepare memorial documents;
verify payment orders received from customers, process transactions, collect service fees, and provide statements and references;
perform currency exchange (cash/non-cash) transactions and record corresponding income/expense accounting entries;
process and execute transactions via fast money transfer systems;
provide cash and non-cash loans, perform loan and interest repayments, and update the core banking system accordingly;
reconcile daily cash balances with entries in the core banking system at the end of the day;
hand over cash balances to the Bank’s Cash Operations Department.
Required Qualifications:
What skills are we looking for?

higher education;
at least a year's professional experience in customer service;
excellent knowledge of Armenian banking legislation and customer service processes;
good grasp of AS-Bank 4.0 software programs;
advanced skills of customer acquisition and sales;
excellent communication skills, literate speech;
customer-oriented approach;
ability and desire to learn quickly;
initiative and high sense of responsibility;
excellent command of Russian and English languages.
