Overview

We are looking for a creative 3D artist with strong expertise in Autodesk 3ds Max to create high-quality 3D assets for advertising, landing pages, and commercial visuals. The ideal candidate should excel in modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering using 3ds Max as the primary tool, and have a solid artistic foundation to produce realistic and stylized visuals.

Responsibilities:
  • 3D Modeling (3ds Max): Build detailed and optimized 3D models of props, environments, or stylized elements based on concepts, references, or art direction — exclusively using Autodesk 3ds Max
  • Texturing & Shading: Apply textures and materials using 3ds Max’s material editor, Substance tools, or Photoshop. Ensure surfaces match the artistic vision, using techniques like UV unwrapping and procedural texturing
  • Lighting & Rendering: Set up lighting scenarios and render outputs in 3ds Max using engines like V-Ray, Redshift, or Arnold to achieve cinematic and photorealistic results. Focus on mood, tone, and visual clarity
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director, designers, and other team members to interpret briefs and deliver visuals aligned with the project goals
  • Optimization: Prepare assets with efficient polygon count and texture resolution for both high-end rendering and possible real-time applications
  • Technical Problem Solving: Handle rendering issues, lighting bugs, or viewport problems within 3ds Max and associated plugins with a proactive attitude
Required Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Autodesk 3ds Max (mandatory) for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering
  • Solid understanding of form, scale, proportion, and composition
  • Experience with V-Ray, Redshift, or Arnold for high-quality rendering
  • Familiarity with Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar for texturing workflows
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating 3ds Max-based projects in both realistic and stylized aesthetics
  • Excellent attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
