Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and create high-quality 3D models based on concepts, sketches, and technical specifications.
  • Model various assets, including characters, products, environments, and props, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Apply textures, shaders, and materials to 3D models to achieve realistic or stylized looks as required by the project.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3D assets library, ensuring that all models, textures, and materials are well-organised and easily accessible.
  • Present 3D designs and concepts in a clear and professional manner.
  • Regularly update the assets library with new models and textures to support ongoing and future projects.
  • Implement best practices for file management and documentation within the assets library.
  • Work closely with other members of the design team, including graphic designers and animators to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on visual concepts and design strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling 3D designs.
  • Keen eye for detail, colour, composition, and form
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques as needed
  • Be flexible and willing to work outside of regular business hours if needed to accommodate urgent project needs
