Overview
TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is looking for a Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an excellent understanding of TUMO operations, products and best practice
- Serve as a subject matter expert on products features
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff members at all levels of partner organizations
- Assist partners with strategic short and long-term planning on a regular basis
- Provide coaching and training on TUMO product best practices
- Analyze operational data, identify potential issues and proactively address them
- Implement creative solutions in collaboration with local partners to improve operations
- Act as an escalation point for support tickets related to accounts
- Regularly report on center operations to the partner and TUMO’s management
- Work closely with the TUMO Quality Assurance team to schedule KPI evaluations
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes as part of TUMO International team
Required Qualifications:
- A passion for education and innovation
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in customer management or account management role
- Excellent project management skills with strict attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate partner needs and take proactive steps to address risks and issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to overcome challenges
- Excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
- Willingness to travel regularly
