TCF Armenia is looking for a Account Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • To communicate with partners to understand their product specifications
  • To collaborate with internal departments and deliver results in a timely manner
  • To work on product positioning and strategy development
  • To analyze market trends and product performance
  • Prepare and deliver reports with key account metrics
  • Identify industry trends and make long-term, strategic suggestions
  • To keep and monitor all sides’ accountability for better results
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Business writing and speaking skills in English
  • Clear communication and negotiation skills
  • Adaptability and critical thinking
  • Conflict management and resolution skills
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Understanding of customer behaviors and industry trends
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment
  • Understanding of marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing
