Overview
Viva (Viva Armenia CJSC) is looking for a Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct sales to corporate clients
- Perform pre sales activities to collect info about potential clients
- Conduct visits to corporate clients to present corporate offers/solutions
- Perform sales and development of long-term relationship with potential clients
- Conduct post sales service to corporate clients
- Maintain relationship with Corporate Clients via frequent phone calls and meetings
- Collect and escalate suggestion and issues raised by corporate clients
- Inform Corporate Clients regarding new tariff-plans, services, promotions of the Company
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on corporate sales
- Prepare concerns and issues raised by corporate clients
- Analyze and report on competitors activities in corporate segment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Business Administration, Economics or in relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably in telecommunication field)
- Knowledge of all aspects of Sales Techniques
- Knowledge of Company’s and competitor’s products/services/tariffs
- Language skills (Armenian, English and Russian)
- Computer skills (MS Office, Windows, Internet)
