Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their main point of contact, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct data analysis, and deliver insights to clients, making recommendations for optimization when necessary
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of additional services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the marketing landscape to identify new opportunities for clients
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights for clients
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the marketing and advertising industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients
  • Exceptional client service skills, with a dedication to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to drive performance improvement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
