Overview
Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor inquiries and requests addressed to the department
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers, resolving issues effectively
- Support the customer group with fast and effective communication through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
- Build trust and foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and engaged
- Proactively address concerns to reduce customer dissatisfaction and prevent passivity
- Inform customers about new products, promotions, and exclusive events
- Collaborate closely with CRM and marketing teams to develop tailored approaches for customers, provide bonuses, and resolve technical issues
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent and proficient in the native language Armenian
- Fluent and proficient in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Good knowledge in Google Drive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients, adapting communication style based on the situation
- Active listening skills to understand client needs, address concerns, and build trust
- Empathy to recognize and understand clients’ emotions and perspectives
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and team members
