Overview
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare journal entries and perform bank and account reconciliations
- Generate invoices, checks, and other financial documents
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare financial and billing reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support the preparation of tax and financial reports in compliance with local regulations
- Provide accounting-related support to internal teams and subcontractors
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
