Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional Accountant to fill the vacancy. In this role, you will demonstrate your accounting expertise, you must be highly accurate and efficient, utilizing your knowledge and ensuring accurate accounting services are provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of the Company’s accounting records and the timely entry of financial data into the accounting software
  • Execute bank payment transactions
  • Process bank statements into the accounting software (AS/1C)
  • Write off and approve settlement documents
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting and tax records, prepare tax reports, as well as interim management reports, as required, and submit them to the immediate supervisor
  • Accept accounting documents and process them in the accounting software
  • Accept documentation related to the movement of goods, process them in the accounting software
  • Examine packages for orders and inputting documentation packages, process them in the accounting software
  • Ensure oversight over receivables and payables
  • Check the accuracy of expenses within the invoices received, check payment requests
  • Perform other functions assigned by their immediate supervisor, arising from the duties of the position
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's and a higher degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (accounting or finance)
  • Knowledge of Armenian Software, E-invoicing, and other related accounting software
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, the RA Tax Code, the RA Civil Code, and the Law on Temporary Disability Benefits.

  • Proficiency in working with numerical data
  • Ability to draft reports and analyze information
