Description
The Accounting Clerk Team Lead shall be responsible for overseeing the Company’s receivables, payables, reports, as well as coordinating the work of the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the processing of requests to provide funds to the Company's account, as well as business trip expenses
  • Distribute Jira requests and verify the processing of invoices received from local and foreign suppliers
  • Oversee the movements of fixed assets, based on the Jira requests received
  • Support the work related to the implementation of new software
  • Verify warehouse output and movements monthly, organize quarterly inventory management
  • Verify and archive order-requests
  • Set priorities for the team, distribute work
  • Organize efforts aimed at the rapid engagement of new hires
  • Coordinate the work of the unit, conduct mentoring
  • Perform other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor, arising from the duties of the position
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Economics, Accounting or other related fields
  • 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Knowledge of Armenian Software,1C, E-invoicing, and other related accounting software
  • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, mathematical mindset
  • Ability to work with numbers
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Planning skills
  • Prioritization and time-management skills
  • Organizational, leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a team
