To expand our business, we are hiring for an Accountant.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Compile financial data for use in maintaining accounting records;
  • Perform standard bookkeeping functions;
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports;
  • Ensure financial reconciliation;
  • Prepare (international) VAT calculations;
  • Collaborate with other finance teams to structurally strengthen our core of financial processes.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision;
  • Support the finance team during the month-end closing and year-end process to ensure all deadlines are met.
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree, in Finance or related business discipline, from an academic institution
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Organization, planning skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Rigorous commitment to accuracy and detail
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Effective management skills (upwards and downwards) and the willingness to coach and train others
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English
