Tierras de Armenia CJSC is looking for a Administrative assistant.

Responsibilities:
  • Translation from English into Armenian and vice versa
  • Assisting in the preparation of administrative documentation
  • Cooperation with providers
  • Responsible for the received cash
  • Preparation and control of petty cash reports
  • Organization and control of the work of the transportation means (busses, taxis, etc.) of the Company
  • Preparation of reference letters
  • Registering reports on diesel usage, maintenance of vehicles, and machinery
  • Control of the communication means of the Company and making monthly reports
  • Organize current payments
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English
  • Russian language skills are preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of MC Office (particularly MC Excel)
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Аbility to work under pressure
