Galaxsys is a casino game provider creating high-performing games for global operators. We’re building an Affiliate Hub — a centralized place where affiliates and traffic partners can easily access updated game info and promotional assets.
We’re looking for an Affiliate Hub Manager to manage the day-to-day work of building and maintaining the Affiliate Hub by collecting, organizing, and updating all game-related content and supporting partners with content and basic technical questions.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and maintain game information (descriptions, features, mechanics, supported devices, etc.)
  • Gather, organize, and upload assets: videos, gameplay clips, banners, logos, thumbnails, promo packs, copy, guides, templates
  • Keep the hub structured and easy to navigate (clear naming, categories, version control)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Design, Commercial) to request missing materials and updates
  • Support affiliates/internal teams with day-to-day requests: finding assets, format recommendations, basic technical questions (escalate complex issues)
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all content; flag gaps and needed materials
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in content ops / marketing coordination / partner support (or similar)
  • Very organized, detail-oriented, proactive
  • Confident with tools like Google Drive/Sheets, Notion/Confluence and working with image/video files
