SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. The Affiliate Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the company’s affiliate partnerships to drive high-quality traffic, player acquisition, and revenue growth. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maximizing ROI across all affiliate channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners across multiple markets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing affiliates to increase performance and retention
  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and promotional agreements
  • Monitor affiliate traffic quality, conversion rates, and player lifetime value
  • Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize acquisition efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure affiliate compliance with brand guidelines, licensing regulations, and responsible gambling policies
  • Identify fraudulent or low-quality traffic and take corrective actions when needed
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Compliance teams on promotions and campaigns
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new affiliate opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
  • Knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using affiliate tracking platforms
  • Ability to work with performance data and optimize campaigns
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • B2-C1 level of English and Russian is must
Nice To Have:
  • Experience working with multiple markets (EU, LATAM, Africa, CIS)
  • Knowledge of sportsbook and casino products
  • Experience with fraud detection and traffic quality analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM and player lifecycle management
  • Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming, gambling, or online betting is a PLUS
