Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of agile projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
  • Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and define clear user stories
  • Track project progress, remove impediments, and ensure team alignment with sprint goals
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Support the implementation of agile best practices and contribute to department-wide agile maturity
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in agile project management or team coordination roles
  • Agile certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent, is preferred
  • Hands-on experience leading agile teams and delivering iterative projects
  • Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks
  • Ability to manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables in an agile environment
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders is a plus
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to coordinate across roles and functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or other project tracking tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability
  • Resilient under pressure and solution-focused
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering value
