Overview
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality visual assets and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and communication goals
- Expertly utilize generative AI tools to design, iterate, and produce a high volume of diverse visual content (e.g., illustrations, animations, textures, concept art, lifestyle imagery)
- Ensure clarity, accessibility, and consistency in design across platforms, formats, and channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to turn ideas into cohesive visual communication
- Contribute to the development of branded elements, visuals and animations with a focus on precision and functionality
- Help establish and document efficient, repeatable workflows for prompt engineering and content iteration across the team
- Keep up with modern AI visualization and design tools and trends, and incorporate best practices into day-to-day work
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field. Candidates with other relevant backgrounds and strong portfolios will also be considered
- 2+ years in graphic design, digital art, concept art, branding, ideally within digital, media, or marketing environments
- Solid understanding of graphic design and digital Art and experience applying brand guidelines across different media
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and utilizing leading generative AI visual tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and working familiarity with tools like Figma or similar
- Ability to build visually cohesive designs using both copy and visual elements
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and a drive for clean, accessible, and user-friendly design
