American University of Armenia Fund is looking for a Assessment and Compliance Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Director in assessment efforts, including but not limited to the development, monitoring and archiving of course syllabi, student learning assessment, administration of surveys, academic program review, academic support unit review, and new academic program proposal development
  • Support preparation of assessment and accreditation reports
  • Assist in developing, planning, and organizing faculty professional development workshops and trainings through the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL)
  • Support the Director in managing policy development, revision, processing, publishing and archiving according to approved internal procedures
  • Coordinate accurate and timely submission of reports to external entities such as the MoESCS, the RA National Statistics Committee, and other state institutions upon request
  • Together with the Director, serve as the University’s authorized contact persons to the MoESCS and provide translation, as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality of data
  • Perform other related duties as necessary and required by the superior
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in education, law, public policy or related field (MA will be preferred)
  • Strong written/oral communication skills in Armenian and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, database design and management, statistical and web-based survey administration software)
  • Relevant work experience in an educational environment is a plus
  • Experience with assessment of student learning is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
