Overview
HRS technology is looking for an Administrative Assistant who can contribute vigorously to the development of the company’s range of services on the international territory. We are looking for an efficient person who is comfortable being part of a team. The ability to multitask, while maintaining complex schedules and performing administrative tasks, is essential for this position. Ensuring the completion of work on time is key to the success of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to questions and requests for information, whether from prospects or customers
- Answering incoming calls, understanding the question or problem described by the customer and trying to give the complex answer to the customer
- Open Helpdesk tickets and daily monitoring
- Re-engage sales, technical or billing departments on remaining Helpdesk tickets
- Entry, editing and writing of notes and documents
- Updating and classifying documents
- Implement programs to completion as directed by management
- Generate emails and reports as needed
- Perform various quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure the quality of our IT solutions
- Document the detailed steps involved in reproducing an issue
- Support other administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in linguistics, philology or other related field
- Excellent knowledge of the French language is mandatory
- A good knowledge of the English language is mandatory
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant will be a plus
- Attention to detail
