Overview

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Assistant/Administrative & Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our newly opened office in Yerevan. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese and will play a key role in helping us establish and grow our international presence locally.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the company with day-to-day operations and local arrangements.
  • Search for and coordinate apartment rentals for incoming staff.
  • Help with purchasing office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
  • Communicate with local vendors and summarize offers or service details clearly.
  • Support the company setup process, including document coordination and scheduling.
  • Work closely with external service providers (e.g. real estate agents, drivers, cleaning services).
  • Provide translation/interpretation support when needed (Chinese-Armenian).
  • Act as a local guide for practical matters (shopping, appointments, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of Yerevan city and local service providers.
  • Previous experience in administration, logistics, or executive assistant roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Responsible, honest, and proactive personality.
  • Ability to work independently and summarize information clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:
Salary : 200k-400k AMD (negotiable depends on the skill and experience)
