Baker Tilly Armenia is looking for an Assistant to the General Director to join its team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office;
  • Manage the General Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and accommodation;
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the General Director;
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
  • Ensure the General Director’s working environment is efficient and well-supported.;
  • Review and format documents before presenting them to the General Director;
  • Confidentially handle sensitive information.
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular);
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work;
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Highly discreet, reliable, and trustworthy.
