ATM and POS operations officer

- Recording POS terminals and ATMs in the systems
- Installation of POS terminals at clients’ site
- Coordinating ATMs and POS terminals maintenance with hardware and software supplier companies, and processing center
- Handle branch staff and clients’ requests and queries related to technique malfunction, maintenance need etc
- Handling training sessions with branch staff and clients on operating POS terminals and ATMs
- On-site monitoring of installed POS terminals
- ATM status and operation control and monitoring
- Handling issues with Processing center and other counterparts
- Preparation of related reports
- Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned

- University degree in Economics, Engineering, IT, or other related fields
- Fluency in written and speaking English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, AS Bank and Smart Vista (nice to have)
