Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop robots to automate business processes
- Develop AI driven agents
- Support tasks such as maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning for existing or new features
- Work with key project team members including client leadership to define and refine business processes
- Work with scripts
- Engage in new products and systems implementation
- Create new business processes and workflows
- Follow all innovations in IT area and implement them if necessary
- Quickly obtain new knowledge of specific applications within the environment
- Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of supported systems
Required Qualifications:
- Higher Technical (Engineering) education
- At least 3-year experience in system automation (Jira, MS Dynamics, SharePoint, e.t.c)
- Experience in Robotic process automation engineering
- Experience in integration services with the help of APIs
- Experience in working with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience in AI agentic automation
- Experience in end to end business process automation using low code technologies
- Knowledge in AI engineering
- Programming skills in languages such as Python, JS, C#.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized personality.
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to work independently within tight deadlines
