Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled and solution-oriented specialist to design, develop, and maintain automation tools and internal systems that support operational excellence across the Customer Care and Service Management directorate. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, integrating intelligent process automation, and maintaining database-driven platforms to ensure stability, scalability, and performance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify recurring challenges, implement efficient system-level solutions, and continuously improve the reliability of existing tools and services. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong analytical thinking, and a solid technical foundation to deliver software and systems that will contribute to process improvements and optimization.
- Design, develop, and implement AI-based and automated solutions to optimize workflows and increase efficiency
- Maintain and enhance existing automation systems and databases, ensuring stable and reliable operation
- Maintain and improve WordPress-based knowledge and learning platforms, integrating intelligent search, multilingual support, and automated update functionalities
- Build and maintain task automation tools, data dashboards, system monitoring scripts, and database integrations to support daily operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing systems using JavaScript, PHP, Python, and .NET
- Manage and query databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) to extract, transform, and analyze data for automation and reporting
- Document automation logic, configurations, database structures, and system changes to ensure clarity, maintainability, and scalability
- Research and integrate emerging AI tools, APIs, and frameworks that enhance workflow automation or data analysis
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to development, automation, or system enhancement
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 1+ years of experience in information technology, statistics, or related disciplines
- Proficiency in Armenian and English
- Experience with JavaScript, PHP, Python, and .NET
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server), including query writing and schema understanding
- Hands-on experience with AI Bots and AI Agents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility, adaptability, and sound decision-making skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
