Responsibilities:

We are excited to welcome a Back Office Customer Support Junior Officer with proficiency in multiple languages, including Turkish, Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese, to our team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our organization, working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth operation of our customer support function. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience, and your role will involve various responsibilities that require a high level of precision, attention to detail, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities / Duties (including, but not limited to)
- Monitor all incoming transactions of clients
- Perform electronic verification processes
- Request and review KYC documents
- Provide exceptional customer support through live chats, emails, and phone calls
- Manage and update customer records accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Handle back office queries effectively and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing work demands

Required Qualifications:


- Fluency in English and proficient in at least one of the following languages: Turkish, Arabic, Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese.
- Previous experience in a similar senior position in a financial services company
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proactive problem solver and decision maker
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
