We are seeking a dynamic Head of Brand Promotion and Content to elevate our company’s brand image, drive user engagement, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will develop promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness and foster community growth.
- Lead efforts to promote the company’s brand across multiple platforms, to grow user base and increase brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize the operation of WeChat, Douyin, and other new media channels to attract target audiences.
- Develop and publish product reports to boost customer engagement.
- Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms like Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Create engaging content like videos, images and promotional materials to boost user interaction.
- Ensure all content is accurate, aligned with brand voice, and appeals to the target audience.
- Plan and execute brand-building initiatives across multiple channels to expand the company’s influence.
- Organize both online and offline promotional activities such as exhibitions, ensuring smooth execution and positive results.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize promotional strategies and public relations efforts.
- Analyze the effectiveness of content and events, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in carrying out corporate and government activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- years of experience in public relations, content creation, or new media operations, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and promotional strategies within the gaming sector.
- Exceptional writing, creativity, and analytical skills with the ability to craft content that resonates with the brand's voice.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools and platforms.
- Skilled in office tools such as PPT and experienced in using image and video editing software like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
