BONA is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its team.

We are looking for all round marketing Specialist who is eager to build, measure, learn and be part of our team.

BONA Communications is a new concept in the field of PR and communications, where we don’t just deliver results — but inspire change, define cultures and build fundaments. Bona will be operating in the field of Public and Strategic communication, PR and Media development, Communication and Organizational Consultancy, Marketing and Advertising.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan strategies and execute marketing initiatives to establish brand presence and narrative in the market
  • Develop marketing and branding concepts, strategies and action-plans for clients
  • In cooperation with sales dep, conduct competitive analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development on brand, marketing and communications
  • Create visual materials, designs and illustrations for Bona Projects
  • Manage social media and digital channels for short, medium and long-term impact such as Facebook, Instagram LinkedIn, twitter, blogs, etc
  • Manage marketing and communications for new product and client launches
  • Develop marketing activities for Bona communication
  • Social media management: Content strategy, content creation, project management
  • Website: content creation, development and improvements
Required Qualifications:
Job responsibilities:
  • Researching, mapping and developing sales strategies, practices of services Bona provides aimed to increase client base;
  • Developing and implementing sales plans, including identifying target clients and creating sales strategies based on their needs;
  • Identifying potential clients and building relationships with them through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings;
  • Establishing pricing for products based on market conditions and competitor pricing;
  • Creating a budget for a campaign and maintaining records of expenses and revenues;
  • Engaging in post-sale activities such as follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services;
  • Providing information about products and services to customers over the phone or in person;
  • Coordinating sales activities with other departments such as accounting or human resources and/or the CEO.
