Overview
Ardshinbank CJSC is looking for a BPM Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the BPM team, overseeing daily activities, task distribution, and performance evaluation
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the BPM team, ensuring a clear understanding of priorities and strategic alignment
- Drive end-to-end analysis, design, implementation, testing and continuous improvement of CRM/BPM workflows across core banking products and business processes
- Coordinate and validate requirements gathering, business process modeling, and system design with input from internal departments and external vendors
- Review and approve process documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with regulatory and operational standards
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of BPM initiatives, resolving roadblocks, aligning resources, and maintaining progress toward project milestones
- Identify areas of process inefficiency, lead root-cause analysis, and drive solution design in collaboration with analysts and IT teams
- Oversee the integration of CRM/BPM platforms with banking systems, ensuring robust data flow, system stability, and secure operation
- Facilitate training, onboarding, and mentoring for team members to maintain a high standard of domain knowledge and delivery quality
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and key performance metrics for CRM/BPM initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3 years of work experience in FinTech sector within the last 5 years, of which at least 2 years must be in a managerial position
- Proven experience in business process analysis and optimization in banking or FinTech environments
- Strong understanding of core banking products and regulatory considerations
- Proficiency in business analysis tools
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and business analysis platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CRM/BPM systems (e.g., Pega, Creatio, Camunda, etc.) and integration strategies
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Working knowledge of English and Russian (both written and spoken)
