Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage day-to-day activities of the unit, check/verify files prepared by the employees
  • Supervise the process of sales and issuance of loans
  • Ensure adequate level of service for Premium/Partner clients and make recommendations on improvement of the services offered
  • Report on the works and tasks performed by the unit
  • Conduct regular quantitative and qualitative analysis of the client portfolio, allocate and supervise portfolios of the employees
  • Take part in development of loan/deposit portfolios and annual plans
  • Develop and implement measures to attract new clients
  • Report on the loan/deposit portfolios, projects under the responsibility of the unit, their status, deviations from the benchmarks, and other issues
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in finance, accounting or economics
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the financial and banking sector
  • Proficiency and experience in performing financial analysis
  • Proficiency in accounting and banking software
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
Nice To Have:
  • ACCA, MBA are a plus
  • knowledge of AS-Bank software is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to respond quickly, smart decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and representation skills
