Natali Pharm is introducing a premium international skincare brand to the Armenian market, launching through top-tier pharmacy chains and other channels. Natali Pharm is seeking a mid-level Brand & Sales Manager to oversee the successful launch and ensure ongoing development and sales growth of the brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute the brand launch plan across Tier 1 pharmacy and other chains;
  • Develop and implement monthly sales targets, forecasts, and activation calendars;
  • Coordinate in-store visibility, promotional campaigns, and sampling programs;
  • Build strong working relationships with pharmacy partners and internal sales teams;
  • Monitor SKU performance, product rotation, and replenishment strategies;
  • Control and optimize the promotional and trade marketing budget;
  • Deliver regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and market insights;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and field teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG (preferably within pharmacy or retail channels);
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategy, brand activation, and budget management;
  • Experience working with pharmacy chains or retail networks;
  • Analytical thinking with experience in forecasting and sales reporting;
  • Excellent planning, communication, and relationship-building skills;
  • Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Armenian is required;
  • Passion for skincare, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
