Natali Pharm is seeking a mid-level Brand & Sales Manager to oversee the successful launch and ensure ongoing development and sales growth of the brand.

- Manage and execute the brand launch plan across Tier 1 pharmacy and other chains;
- Develop and implement monthly sales targets, forecasts, and activation calendars;
- Coordinate in-store visibility, promotional campaigns, and sampling programs;
- Build strong working relationships with pharmacy partners and internal sales teams;
- Monitor SKU performance, product rotation, and replenishment strategies;
- Control and optimize the promotional and trade marketing budget;
- Deliver regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and market insights;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and field teams.
- 2-4 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG (preferably within pharmacy or retail channels);
- Strong knowledge of sales strategy, brand activation, and budget management;
- Experience working with pharmacy chains or retail networks;
- Analytical thinking with experience in forecasting and sales reporting;
- Excellent planning, communication, and relationship-building skills;
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Armenian is required;
- Passion for skincare, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
