Inecobank CJSC is looking for a Business analyst.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requests, analyse them, and provide comprehensive business solution
  • Define, optimize, and improve business processes while considering the bank's strategic goals
  • Formulate complete business solution designs cooperating with technical teams and architects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business strategy
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings for requirement elicitation
  • Review existing solutions and suggest new solutions or improvements to be aligned to strategy and/or to increase efficiency
  • Monitor the implementation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs
  • Support system design by providing business insights and functional perspectives
  • Assist in defining data models, system integrations, and solution design
  • Collaborate with technical teams and architects to ensure the feasibility of system designs
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in the Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or solution management in fintech or related field
  • Ability to analyse complex business and system problems and propose effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Well knowledge of product lifecycle
  • Technical knowledge of modern systems and solutions is a plus
  • Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, JIRA, Confluence) is preferred
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Teamwork and effective communication skills
