We are seeking a Business Analyst Data Projects (Snowflake) to support the delivery of Snowflake‑based data solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with data‑centric projects, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation. Project Overview: The project focuses on designing and implementing modern data solutions on the Snowflake platform to enable scalable data warehousing, analytics, and reporting capabilities. The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering and translating business requirements, supporting data modeling and integration efforts, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and the data engineering team.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for Snowflake data projects.
- Support the design of data models, data pipelines, and data integration processes aligned to Snowflake architecture.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement‑clarification sessions across distributed teams.
- Work closely with data engineers and data architects to validate that proposed solutions meet business objectives.
- Assist in defining and tracking project milestones, deliverables, and work items.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including test case creation and coordination of validation activities.
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve them.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for data workflows, reporting needs, and project scope.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data‑driven or analytics-focused projects.
- Familiarity with the Snowflake data platform, data warehousing concepts, and cloud architecture.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with BI/reporting concepts; hands‑on exposure to BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to understand complex data ecosystems and translate them into business‑friendly explanations.
- Experience with cloud data platforms or big data technologies is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented and proactive, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality outputs.
