Ardshinbank CJSC is looking for a Business Analyst/ Investment Banking.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document software requirements for investment banking services
  • Define and document comprehensive functional specifications that outline the business requirements in clear, actionable terms. Create detailed business process flows and use cases
  • Define and map end-to-end business workflows of the investment management
  • Refactor and streamline existing business processes for critical banking operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with customer-centric strategies
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of investment banking system, ensuring seamless integration with banking systems and compliance with relevant financial regulations
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend solutions tailored to banking workflows
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, functional requirements, and system workflows to ensure clarity and traceability
  • Constantly evaluate existing software solutions and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work with stakeholders to suggest enhancements, process optimizations, and new features that drive efficiency and business value
  • Create clear, concise documentation to support the training and onboarding of business users
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the FinTech sector
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with banking products, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of English and Russian
  • Experience with financial platforms such as Bloomberg or in-house trading systems is a plus
