Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Work with complex datasets, create, improve, and maintain reports to help the department unearth insights, find new ways of evaluating performance, etc
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to best support self-service business intelligence
  • Promote a data-driven organization and empower teams with actionable data and automated and intuitive KPI dashboards
  • Maintain reporting and help create additional reports to drive team effectiveness
  • Work with stakeholders to build dashboards based on KPIs for departments and programs
  • Creates financial and operational reports to assess business needs and opportunities
  • Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
  • Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes
  • Collaborating with team members to collect data and execute the company’s mission
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in agile project management or team coordination roles
  • Agile certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent, is preferred
  • Hands-on experience leading agile teams and delivering iterative projects
  • Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks
  • Ability to manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables in an agile environment
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders is a plus
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to coordinate across roles and functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or other project tracking tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability
  • Resilient under pressure and solution-focused
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering value
