SoftConstruct is looking for a Business Process Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing business processes for improvement and optimization
  • Design and document new processes aligning with business objectives and best practices
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure process designs meet business needs
  • Lead the implementation of new processes, defining roles, responsibilities, and timelines
  • Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and automation to support improvements
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes
  • Develop KPIs and metrics to measure process performance
  • Monitor process execution, identify bottlenecks or deviations, and implement corrective actions
  • Continuously optimize processes based on feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process changes
  • Communicate process changes, gather feedback, and address concerns with stakeholders
  • Ensure that processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes, workflows, and related procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Armenian and English languages
  • At least 3 years of working experience in business process management, process improvement, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify optimization opportunities
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in process modeling and mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and project management softwar
  • Knowledge of business process automation, workflow optimization, and change management principles
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Project Management (PMP) are a plus
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
