Easy Pay is looking for a Business Process Optimization Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop automation and optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Propose improvements and optimization strategies for existing business processes
  • Develop and implement business processes and internal operational procedures
  • Assess, analyze, and model the operational requirements of departments
  • Coordinate the implementation of software tools aimed at optimizing organizational processes; test and evaluate results
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the financial or related sectors
  • Experience in participating in project implementation
  • Skills in developing procedures, experience with automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and influence stakeholders across functions
