Easy Pay is looking for a Business Process Optimization Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop automation and optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Propose improvements and optimization strategies for existing business processes
- Develop and implement business processes and internal operational procedures
- Assess, analyze, and model the operational requirements of departments
- Coordinate the implementation of software tools aimed at optimizing organizational processes; test and evaluate results
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of work experience in the financial or related sectors
- Experience in participating in project implementation
- Skills in developing procedures, experience with automation tools
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and influence stakeholders across functions
