Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Document and report customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with the team and maintain a positive attitude
Required Qualifications:
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Armenian (knowledge of Russian or English is an advantage)
